Twin Note Music provides music production services, including but not limited to studio bookings, mixing and mastering, audio editing, promotion, representation and other related services. These Terms govern your use of our website and services.

3. Services and Bookings
All services are subject to availability and may require advance booking.
We reserve the right to decline any service request.
Studio bookings and production sessions may require a deposit or prepayment. Cancellation or rescheduling policies will be clearly outlined at time of booking.
4. Ownership & Licensing
Twin Note Music retains the right to showcase finished projects or portions thereof for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.
Licensing of any beats, sound design, or production elements will be clearly detailed in project agreements.
5. Digital Content
If you purchase or download any digital files (e.g., stems, mixes, audio packs), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or agreed-upon commercial use. Unauthorized distribution or resale is strictly prohibited.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use our website or services:
For any unlawful purpose
To infringe on the rights of others
To transmit malware or harmful code
To harass, defame, or abuse others
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and original materials created by Twin Note Music are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without prior written permission.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the service booked and will be communicated in writing.
Refunds are issued at our discretion and typically only if we are unable to fulfill the agreed service.
